FAQ overview

  • 1. What payment methods can I use? There are different payment methods. You can find them under "payment methods" (found at the bottum of our site).
  • 2. When will I receive my order?

    We will try to deliver your order within two days.

    This depends on two factors, your method of payment and inventory status. If you use iDEAL, credit card or Paypal, your payment will be processed immediately and your order will also be processed immediately. If you choose for a bank transfer, this will delay the order 1 or 2 days (depending on the time that various banking institutions need to process the transfer) If the inventory system indicates that an item is in stock, the article will be sent directly after receiving the payment. If an item is not in stock, but as soon as possible is backordered, you should think of a delivery time of two to three weeks (this depends on delivery from our suppliers).

  • 3. How can I retrieve a forgotten password? Go to "my account" select the option "password". Add your e-mail address and the password will be sent directly to your e-mail address. The password is digitally encoded because of privacy and security and we are not able to give you the password by phone.
  • 4. I would like to order an article or brand, but I can't find it on your website. What to do? Send us an e-mail and tell us what you are looking for. We can contact our suppliers about whether certain items are available or not. Unfortunately we cannot complete all collections and brands in our webshop, but we will do everything to order an article for you.
  • 5. What is the procedure to return an item? You can return items within 14 days from delivery date. Please make sure that the article is in its original packaging, including labels, etc., unworn, (This does not apply fitting) before sending back. We kindly request you to add a document in which you indicate whether you want to exchange the item, or you wish to receive your payment.   • 6. I have seen an article but it no longer seems to be in stock, is it coming back? No, if an item is sold out, means it is a fashion item that is only available while supplies last. Unfortunately we cannot order these items again. If an article states "no stock" means that this article is in order with our suppliers and will be completed asap.
  • 7. Can I pick up my order at Your Underwear Store? No, this is not (yet) possible.
  • 8. Can I change my delivery address? Yes, you can simply change the delivery address in step 4 payment process.
  • 9. Does Your Underwear Store sent with collect on delivery (COD)? Unfortunately, we do not send items COD.
